I spent 30 years in the Surveying & Mapping industry and am knowledgeable in site planning, topography, subdivision platting, property law and utilities all of which provide a bird’s eye view of properties. Now I am thoroughly enjoying getting up close and personal.

As a female, my unique strengths can be magnified in this profession, I am detail oriented, a clear communicator and I care deeply about my client’s experience.

I am a freedom loving Floridian that grew up fishing and living in Clearwater and Dunnellon before moving to Ocala in the 1970’s. I am married to my best friend and we have raised our two successful and happily married sons in Ocala allowing me the blessing of three beautiful granddaughters who keep me young.

I have a big close family, who mostly live in Ocala. My many nephews called me Aunt KK because ‘Kendrea’ was a mouthful for them as babies. So when I became a grandma, KK evolved into Kiki, which naturally led to a collection of everything having to do with keys, which suited me perfectly because I love old keys and exploring houses.

My love of homes eventually led me to the realization that, even as a homeowner, I did not know some of the basics of how a house works. Turns out there are a lot of people in the same boat and now I can help them in a meaningful way. I want you to love your new home.
