Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

What's Included in a Home Inspection

YourSafety, Confidence & ComfortAre Our Highest Priorities

Our Licensed and Insured Home Inspectors will spend several hours thoroughly evaluating more than a thousand aspects of the home from the roof to the foundation and all areas in between. If you are present at the inspection, we will spend as much time as you need during our “summary & discussion” time so we can walk through, view photos, discuss any concerns and inform you about how this unique home works and is maintained.

We meet or exceed the Standards of Practice for home inspectors as established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association, and as defined and regulated by Florida Statutes 468 part XV and Florida Administrative Code 61-30.801.

In addition, we will provide you with a modern, comprehensive and concise report delivered online via HTML or PDF format (hard copies available upon request), documenting all of our findings including images, references and further details. Your home inspection report will become an invaluable resource that you can refer to for years to come. This report will be available for you in both a desktop friendly format and a mobile format so that you can stay in the loop and check your report even when you’re on the go.
